  1. Go to AnnualCreditReport.com
  2. Click Request your credit reports
  3. Enter your name, address, SSN, and date of birth
  4. Select all 3 bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion)
  5. When the report loads, press Ctrl + P
  6. Change printer to Save as PDF
  7. Click Save — upload that file here
